KC Elite Mid-Season Report

KC Elite Navy 18U Team

This team at the halfway point of the fall season has been doing a solid job of competing and performing at an expected high level. Their 9 – 8 record does not show the way they have competed on game in game out basis. They’ve been pretty consistent so far, but I know they have so much more in them that they can do. Of their 8 losses 4 have come by 1 run. There has also been a number of colleges who have shown interest in a number of players on this team and there is no doubt there is some guys on this team that will be playing at the next level. Keep up the good work boys!

KC Elite Grey 18U Team

This group of players is having a pretty successful season at the halfway point They currently hold and 10-4-1 record and 2 of those 4 losses came by 1 run. Although this team has been hit by the injury bug pretty hard this fall, the boys have not let that stop them from going out every weekend and competing the way they should. This group also has had many colleges reach out to us in regards to players on this team and there will definitely will be some guys playing at the next level from this group. Keep playing hard guys!

KC Elite White 16U Team

Coaches Steve Willis and Cody Higgins has this new group off to a very respectable 8-5 record through their first four tournaments. They have competed quite well and have played above .500 baseball all but one weekend. This group seems to be coming together as a collective unit and we are expecting them to only get stronger and finish the last month of the fall season even stronger. Keep up the good work boys!

KC Elite Gold 15U Team

This groups 5-7 record does not give justice to the way they have competed this fall. Four of their seven losses have come by a combined 5 runs. This is a clear indication of a team that is in every ball game until the end. As we head into the final month of fall ball we expect to see this group become better at closing out ball games. Four of the players have endured the challenge of going straight from football practice to baseball practice.  We have been impressed with the commitment of each player on the team to do their part to make this team a success. Coaches Nick Schuster and Trevor Evenson have gone great lengths to work with the boys and get them ready for each weekend.

KC Elite Blue 14U Team

Not much to say about this group that hasn’t already been said…..16 -0 record and 4 championship in 4 fall tournaments! Coaches Steve Jeltz and Trevor Evenson have done an excellent job of turning this unit into one of the best 14u major teams in the nation.
